SA Politics Thread Part 10 : The GNU Has Crashed

With local elections looming, the path of blaming voters and other opposition parties that Zille is leading the DA on is not going to work out well, all it's going to do is to create an anti DA stance on the other opposition parties, which does not bode well for the coalitions that local government will most probably be about.

With the ANC GNU in trouble, this is most definitely not the way to go, but ke we know the DA leadership is afraid of dealing with Zille.

As I said to you and all the DA supporters here, ActionSA were not tricked into anything, they knew what they were doing and did it, they will manage the PR fallout and the DA will continue losing by elections and blaming ActionSA and the voters.

That's the problem when you're forced to procure through BEE firms. They can inflate prices and you've no choice but to accept because you're not allowed to procure through cheaper sources if they don't have the necessary BEE status.

The Kusile power station was originally budgeted to cost R 81 billion to construct, but the cost has increased to R 233 billion, in part because they're not allowed to procure directly through foreign manufacturers, but have to go through local BEE middlemen, who charge substantially more for the exact same product.

Luckily the DA doesn't listen to you. You were the same person predicting the DA would lose the WC and get a lower share of the vote because they attacking smaller parties in the run up to 2024. Contrary to your opinion, it was an effective strategy. Auction SA, RISE and BOSA hardly troubled the vote counters and the FF lost a large whack of their vote from 2019.

More intensified BEE so the economy of South Africa can truly reflect the demographics of the nation while the DA is still blaming ActionSA for it's shortcomings.

What a time to be alive as the majority of South Africa. The ANC is finally walking the talk while lunatics rant as that's all they can and will do. 🙂

For someone who believes in by elections, you will admit it's really not going well for the DA, and with that in mind, it will do your party good to put a leash on Zille, now, don't wait for her to continue because as soon as she starts, she won't stop.
