That is true but when you have majority that is uneducated, easily manipulated then you have problem.

Trying to minimize issues that minority is rising just because they do not have numbers is juvenile at minimum and catastrophic at maximum.

All Ministers and Deputy Ministers serve at the pleasure of the President of the Republic, just like he did not provide a reason when he appointed Whitfield, he does not need to provide one now.
