Includes 24/25 q1 figures with 23/24 and doesnt include them in the 24/25.
So apparently we must compare 5 quarters for the DA figures to only 3 quarters of ActionSA figures.

Did News24 report roughly R321m for DA figures and R440m for ActionSa figures?

Basic figures :
2023/2024 was budgeted at R54000000
2023/2024 was adjusted to R105088800
2023/2024 was R140286289.00 so over spent by R35m which is not acceptable in and of itself really.
2024/2045 was budgeted at R78241464.00
2024/2025 was adjusted to R320241464
2024/2025 was R777000000 so overspent by R457m which isn't even "not acceptable".
2025/2026 was budgeted at R236966534
As of 9 October 2025 (less than 4 months into the FY) they have spent R195903571
