The municipality should have no say or need to get involved in this. This would be SANDF land, they should be removing the squatters and getting SAPS involved to charge with land invasion (or whatever else) and be done with it.

Reality is considerably more messy thanks to the way laws were written and then interpreted unfortunately.

SANDF property is supposed to be guarded 24/7. There is absolutely no way they can't notice squatters moving in and act within 24 hours to remove them without involving the courts. Trespassing on military property is another offence they can use to remove the squatters.

You mean the same guy who threw a tantrum because he could not afford to take part in a golf day that Cyril has deliberately made expensive?

And if he is so well taken care of, what is he doing in the MK? Because it is down and out people who are looking to survive who joins the MK, people who are well taken care of in the ANC, stay in the ANC, why would anyone leave the soft life?

A cashier who earns a salary buys herself an old car and that is somehow a cause for suspicion? Like what did she think she was supposed to do with her salary?

The suspicion was borne out of jealousy of seeing someone you don't expect anything from progressing in life.

Tell me how he affords the luxury vehicles, booze and even faster women? The combination that keeps getting him arrested. Then tell me how he keeps getting let off for the offence? Being poor in the ANC is not the same as being poor on a SASSA grant.

What booze does he drink and how much does it cost?

How many even faster women does he have and what's their names.

How he kept getting let off?

He was found guilty on one incident and acquitted on another, what do you mean he wa let off?

I'm sure you were a Zuma supporter as well when he was running the ANC and country, and you only took umbrage with him when he formed his new party.
