Absolutely. ASA are way too corrupt for DA to have GNU/GPU with.

DA's principles are clear. They will never have coalition with corrupt parties. I mean provincial coalition.

With national, it is different. They put nation first. Real patriots. MASAGA.

You need to get your acronyms right... Athol will get upset if you use the ASA one.

Its MSAGA for the DA though, I'm pretty sure that one can't "Make ActionSA Great Again" since they were never great to start with.

The ANC, or any other party, would be dumb to think that anyone is loyal to them. Each party is looking after their own interests.

Which is why even drunken Herman suddenly flip-flopped yet again after realising that the race card isn't working, and people of all colours are rallying around Zille. He's trying to play the "ASA has conditions" card to project the illusion of power, so he doesn't appear weak. If mass deportation of illegals is so important to him, why isn't he already forcing the ANC to do it. He's trying to ride off Zille's popularity by hoping to con some of the dumb whities who voted for him the last time, to vote for him again, by hinting at a DA alliance. Then when the time comes, betray them again by hooking up with the EFF...

The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) is turning to the private sector to tackle the delays in cancer testing at its Johannesburg facility.

The NHLS is considered the backbone of the public health system, providing tests used to diagnose and monitor diseases ranging from HIV to cervical cancer. But public sector patients in Johannesburg can wait as long as three months for the results of cancer tests, forcing them to delay treatment and potentially jeopardising their health and its success.

In the private sector, the results of urgent cancer biopsies are usually delivered within 48 hours
according to PathCare CEO John Douglass. PathCare already provides anatomical pathology tests to the NHLS in East London, he said.

I think everyone is willing to sacrifice KZN if it means not joining up with them. Maybe the EFF and PAC might not care, but I don't think anyone else is willing to risk the reputational damage by supporting that family business. When Zuma dies, MK's chaos will become their chaos...

It will actually be interesting to see how much parties are prepared to deal with MK chaos.

I do foresee some smaller parties MAYBE doing it, but the IFP/ANC/DA I think are aware that any coalition with the MK will be hugely negative for them at the next round of voting for a variety of reasons.

There is no point in smaller parties doing it be a use they have nothing to gain out of it.

Well then you're basically saying the ANC/IFP/DA are the parties that the MK might leverage.

The ANC could possibly flip in that regard yes... but it will be disastrous for them at the next elections, even more than currently.

I dunno. It's worrying though. Baba will hopefully have kicked it by the time the next elections come around, and the ANC could effectively reabsorb all the lost votes.

The IFP has no chance of governing Joburg, so there is no prospects of workable deal if the price is KZN for MK, so it's just the ANC and DA.

In KZN they are more likely to go to the IFP when uBaba kicks it. Zulu nationalism is a thing there, he was the only reason the ANC grew their KZN support in the first place...
