I'm not sure where Zille stays but Hill-Lewis actually stays in a non-larney suburb. Not poor but not super expensive either. Good for 1st time house buyers I'd say. I assume Winde is staying in the Premier's residence. Why would they want to stay amongst ANC supporters?

Yes, all governments & companies accept that a degree of their funding will be used for corruption. Saudi Arabia is all a pretty corrupt country itself.

Sure, foreign investors don’t just hand over blank cheques but let’s not pretend corruption magically disappears when money comes through a deal. We’ve seen how “managed” funds somehow vanish once they touch local hands.

No one’s saying Saudi is wiring the ANC a "blank cheque", we’re just saying we’ve seen this movie before, and we all know how it ends.
