Because they're just as rotten. At the least, Sibiya should lose his security clearance which I'd imagine he needs as deputy commissioner. If he lost that his position would be untenable. As it is, the SSA withdrew the IGI's clearance so that the spineless Ramaphosa can suspend him.

And Sibiya's wealth clearly doesn't match his employment. There's a start.
