It's very nice of them to show us how they are spending tax payer monies. Now show us the plan how tax payers are going to make more money to keep up with demand from government to just pay and pay and pay!?

I suppose it depends how much better, maybe the tender system already accounts for these things on a points scoring basis, im not sure.

To be honest, I would be glad if they just went to some manufacturer and bought the things at a good deal, as long as there is no middleman.
 
Now the g20 is done , so is maintenance.
Even champy hasn't posted 3rd rate pot hole work .... Now we wait for the reports of irregular payments to surface. All as predicted

1/3 of those will have disappeared by this time next year, another 3rd will be knackered up and the remaining 3rd will sit idle at the depot because noone knows how to operate them and/or no diesel money...
