Please help me understand: those are cultural events or places she mentioned or suggested. How are shebeens and KFC equate to them? Of course not all Afrikaners are traditionalists in a sense, but I fail to understand your argument.

It's like the whole enforcement of by laws and actually being useful is a totally new thing to the metro police, almost like they have to re-learn why they exist in the first place, roaming around aimlessly and collecting money from Pakistani shops is all they know.

She could have gotten her point across perfectly fine, without being snide about it. Then she'll wonder why white people don't like her, and call them racists because they don't...

Granted, this was precisely the point I made in the stereotypes discussion I had days ago. Not all Afrikaners are the same. Not all Zulus are the same. What happens in small farming towns may not apply in large cities.
