Shipokosa does with his network in Gauteng and the RET-led provinces. He will be weak in KZN as a non-Zulu. Not sure what the ANC in the Independent Republic and the Eastern Cape think of him. But he will be challenged for the presidency, as he is not an overwhelming favourite...

That's why people like Sputla are being lobbied, not having a particular constituency is not necessarily a bad thing, you can appeal to everyone without being seen as belonging somewhere.
