Most of those US refugees aren't income tax payers. A lot of that number would be emigrants who left for better economic prospects like Priapus is saying

It would actually be interesting to know the tax that has been lost from those us refugees.

And yes many have left for better economic conditions, but they would have been high earners here already more than likely.

If you insist. None of them that I saw photos for looked down and out

The family I know was definately far above the R500kpa bar.
He closed his company here, liquidated it all and will restart something that side
They did it for their kids, not for themselves
For them it was an easy option to get into the USA

Esp with the bar of R500k being so low

We will only see the cost after 3 to 5 years as you cannot immediately apply for financial emmigration when you leave

amazing that they remain high earners despite continuous genocide. You Europeans are really something else. How do you do it ?

It will work to some degree, but not the same as it has before, but it exposes how poor the ANC are, they have no new ideas and nothing for the future of the country if even a part of their election strategy is to bring up the "wit gevaar"
