Zille just dies not have the balls to survive in Joburg.

Helen Zille stood against the Apartheid system, uncovering the Steve Biko murder cover-up as well as being involved in various anti-Apartheid, pro human rights groups such as the Black Sash, who's members were vilified and regularly physically assaulted in public. She stood firm against a dangerous tyrant that imprisoned its detractors and in many cases simply made them vanish.

And you want to gaslight us into thinking she doesn't have the balls? She has them.

Yes, as I stated a few days ago, I would be delighted if the DA got into double digits in a township ward, which they did. Here's the thing that you must realise: the DA knows they won't win wards in places like Mamelodi - it's all about growth. The DA already has a lock on the suburbs and the ANC isn't able to make up lost votes in the townships elsewhere. You should be much more scared than you are making it out to be. If the DA can hold get double figures in townships, that is cataclysmic for the ANC and virtually assures the DA of a clear and decisive 1st place overall.
And here is something you don't know, it doesn't matter if you lock in the suburbs or not, what matters is who owns the biggest voting regions in Tshwane.

There is a very good reason the ANC is the biggest party in the metro.

LOL. One of the strongest politicians in post-1994 SA does not have the balls to survive in Joburg. Pull the other one, Champy. uGogo is going to make mince meat of the useless & hapless Morero.

Remind us: When (if ever) will Cyril have a press conference where journalists are allowed to answer any question they like?
Why is she still afraid to compete in Soweto? You cannot have grand ambitions of winning Joburg and be afraid of competing in the biggest voting region in the metro.

The ANC is not afraid to compete with the DA in any ward in the land.

So what is she so afraid of in Soweto? she can get that gangster Msimanga to accompany her to go campaign for her candidate, Dada will there waiting for her.

I am the one who has been on their case for being afraid to compete in by elections where they are not guaranteed a victory, they were still properly thrashed but at least they got out of their comfort zone to play with the other kids.

It's Soweto next, and I hope they compete there as well since Zille has grand ambitions in Joburg.
How would it have grown 87% if they didn't compete there before? If it was their first time, it would be 100% growth whatever the number is...

Um, hate to burst your bubble, but I just checked and the DA is competing in Soweto on the 15th of October.

Nah you have it wrong.

The ANC is so po3s scared that their criminality will be even more exposed, that they HAVE to compete to stay out of orange overalls.

I am talking about by competing in by elections in townships, obviously they did compete in the 2021 elections.

Not really. According to this guy's calculations, the DA needs 15-20% in Mamelodi to win outright (50% +1). Not quite there yet and I don't think the DA will get there a strong 1st place in high 30s/low 40s is very doable. Also notice how much more DA wins its wards (by vote share) than the ANC does in the townships - this will greatly affect the PR vote and could net the DA a few extra seats.

This is what being rewarded handsomely by the voters look like, the Greatest Liberation Movement of all time would like to say Dankie to the people of Mamelodi for once again showing that there can only be one Boss in Tshwane, uKhongolose.

And how exactly is the DA going to get 15 to 20% of ANC wards when they are still getting 11% in Mamelodi?

Indeed! The ANC should deploy some heavyweights to Orania 🫶
