Everyone can see the ANC blood on the floor and are clambering to pick up a share of the pie. The ANC will drop under 30% in the LGE and parties are keen to devour the old beast. EFF and MK are also floundering into organizational destruction. It’s no mean feat to campaign and win an election, these gents are too busy fighting over scraps to get it done.

I was reading that treasury website listing the financial state of various municipalities. The western has a healthy financial position but seems very poor at putting money to use. They have too much in the bank like a bad company sitting on cash like apple used to and maybe still do.
