I see yours are only up til 2022

Like I said it can be good or bad. Underspend can be too a few reasons . Changing a capex item to opex. Contractors not completing on time. Also projects being put on hold due to legal matters
A lot of muni's are paying out capex when no work has been done

The clowns had a Mandela in the mix, that is WAY more important than any normal people being tortured and murdered.

Like the Mandela was kidnapped/abducted you know, how DARE they do that.

Christian post has been putting out such posts every few days and considering there is no other substantiation from any other news network, it makes me doubt their claims.
 
So R13 brings up some interesting topics
I went and looked in the annual report to see what the explanation for the underspend was that he was so worried about
Like I said , could be good or bad. And for those reasons the underspend was a good reason

Who's bitter? These guys are a bunch of clowns in a circus, making all that noise over 1% it's purely entertainment at this point.

Why would they give him a 48hr ultimatum, they gave him enough rope to hang himself and he is obliging as usual.

He's more likely to be beholden to Oom Groenewald now than he is to be President of SA.

**EDIT** I actually look forward to seeing those tears when Panty is assigned to Oom Groenwald. It will be glorious to watch.
