4. Capacity of state to manage large projects. ~shakes head~ ... Theft and corruption come to mind

5. Loval dev and investment ..... Woot more looting incoming

6. Labor activation and employment ..... LOL Have they not learnt their lesson

7. Expand SMME and support. Probably only BEE driven . But probably the 1st semi decent proposal at no 7

8. Growth of provincial economies. Not a chance in hell this will happen with ANC control. 30 years of proven history

9. Diversification of trade ... Guess the US tarrif thing has burnt his butt. As someone said before. If it was possible, private business would have allready done it

10. Effective budget . LOL Something the gov does not know a thing about

Now what I am missing is the top priority that is not mentioned AT ALL

INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE ALL FRAUD, CORRUPTION and THEFT. WITHOUT THIS ALL 10 of the ABOVE are ALL worthless.

Oh you're jumping to conclusions again. I read every post. Posting pictorial representations of somebodies thinking is not evidence of anything other than their opinion. So I've asked you to provide the sources of this persons synopsis so that we can discuss it as YOU asked.
