Don't you find it odd that the same Cilliers Brink who is not to blame because he wasn't even a Mayor for a year has wasted no time in blaming the current Mayor for Hammanskraal water woes?

It is due to an earthing issue that the 50Hz is audible, not the quality of the equipment - pilot error.

Earthing and/or cheap, unshielded cable can be the cause. How many million was that tender?
