Is there a plan or is this all just hypothetical?

Typical k@k socialist mentality - instead of FIXING other places in South Africa to give people a broader choice of excellent cities to move towards, let's implement socialist BS in the working (albeit expensive due to supply/demand) cities!

It's not that bloody hard is it??

Working for who?

If there is a plan, it's most definitely coming from this guy.
Lol. This guy destroyed his own career. Biggest career self-own in the history of SA politics! I mean, he was an MP and now is on the lowest rung of the political ladder as a councillor. Eish, big downgrade!

I am not so sure about that, politics is a very unpredictable game, Dion George probably thought he has made it and barely a year into his cushy job, he is now unemployed.

So sometimes a high paying job now, might not be there tomorrow, so if politics is a career to you, always looking out for opportunities shouldn't something to be frowned at, maybe he sees a better future in the PA than the DA.

He had more of a chance of a secure future with the DA than he does with Gaytons little entourage.

He is a useful idiot for Gaytons own ambitions, nothing more.

Don't think George is unemployed. He is simply an MP now rather than a minister. Yes, there's a loss in salary, but MPs are still paid well (7 figures last time I checked). Minister -> MP is less of a demotion than MP -> councillor IMO, simply because so few MPs become ministers, even with our bloated cabinet.

Still, the life of a politician is very unpredictable and no one can predict what will happen tomorrow, the boy surely knows what he wants out of the situation, just looking at his current situation does not tell you where he will be tomorrow, I mean Carl Niehaus is still living large, so if politics is a job, hopping around is an inevitable part of it.
