SA Post Office unsecure website warning

Hi all

Why when I want to go to the SA Post Office website at www.postoffice.co.za do I receive a webpage warning me the connection is not secure?
I have had this issue for months, if not a year or two already.

It works fine for me (Using Chrome Browser)

Looks like the certificate is self-issued, and so it's an unrecognized issuer. Some browsers like Firefox will block this, while Chrome seems to just highlight the issue, but doesn't block it.

The site's weak SHA-1 signed certificate has been deprecated by Microsoft, Google, Firefox et al:

Been like that for ages. They self-issued their certificate thinking that that's all they needed. This was reported and they said they'll look into it but clearly haven't.

Treat it as an http site. Don't do any payments.
