SA vs All Blacks - 23rd June

The Bokke did very well until Steyn was brought on. He had an absolute shocker at 10 - and should not play at 10 against the likes of NZ until he's been given more time in the position against weaker opposition. IMO Jake should have moved Percy to 10 and Steyn to 15. Jake lost us this one with this poor decision at a critical time. To me it shows arrogance on Jake's side - believing that Steyn would stand-up against NZ at 10. I hope he's learned his leason - as this lesson may save us during critical moments in the WC.

Don't mess around against NZ. Jake's arrogance has always been his main weakness IMO.
 
yup jake lost us the game

all i can so though is im a new butch james supporter if he can like that every game he will be my new fav
 
My score was close if the 1st AB try was not awarded due to the 2 MASSIVE forward passes :(

All in all a good match, I think we should have won and it is just a huge pity Butch got himself injured.... I think that was the tuning point in the game. Skinstad should have stayed on too.
 
yep those changed were not the right thing to do in that situation

Steyn had a shocker!!!

Butch was injured ill give him that soo he had to leave,the yellow card was stupid,Cant believe how harsh the ref was tbh.

Look i always knew we had a small chance but HELL we had that game in the bag.....

ahhh well back to the drawing board.
