See my edit above - White had a 49-0 whitewash against the Aussies. Wasn't proud that day either.

Don't think you're following. That was a record whitewash defeat of the boks by *NZ*. Record in that context.
 
I have given you Australia beating us by a bigger result - 49 nil. What's your point. You reckon the Aussies are a better team?

Not sure how to make this clearer. The 19 - 0 vs New Zealand is a record whitewash defeat against New Zealand. NOT OF ALL TIME but a record record whitewash defeat at the hands of New Zealand.
 
ok maybe you are thick. you asked how long we should give him while we get record wins against. i pointed to a record whitewash loss jake white got in 2006. we gave him at leats a year after that. hopefully that answers your question. so we should give him at leats a year is my answer to make it clear.

:D It seemed as though you were debating whether the NZ result was a record defeat. No harm ;)
 
I got home and saw the score was 10 - 20 to the Wallabies and then Mortlock went over to make it 10 - 25.

I promptly switched to the Liverpool vs Middlesbrough premier league game. A sad day indeed. :(
 
A sad day yes. Not so much the defeat but the nature of the Bok performance. It struck me as a tad unstructured and incoherent. Anyway we get another chance next week but honestly it aint looking to good...
 
Bout time aussies had a win in sa - well done. As for pdv, not looking good for him.
 
C'mon, helium boi is a brilliant coach! He has taken a world cup winning team, and turned them into lame ducks. Not many can do that so quick.

I think the biggest problem is that no one can understand a frikkin word he says!

But he wont be fired, because he has to go through warning letters, disciplinary hearing etc, and even then, he will still take SARFU to the CCMA!

I get your sarcasm, but remember at least Jake won the tri-nations in his first season. He also "invented" the rush defense, so he generally had a clue - though not always.

PdV needs a bit more time before we can pass judgement, but things are not looking good at all. But let's keep in mind Heyneke Meyer went through I think 10 consecutive defeats in the Super 12 at one point. And look what he managed to do...

Another PDV fnucked performance. Thanks PDV idiot, you really managed to suck it all up, in no time. The team do not have the fist basic skills ATM, for what reason it is difficult to know. The refs is a issue but that is why we should perform better to put it beyond any doubt. PDV error galore is killing us.
