SA wages to increase 7% in 2015

Yeah, whatever...
Unless they're factoring in the 15 - 20% increase that the public service will get...
 
Not in the financial sector. Above average increases at the company I work for was 3% the last 3 years running. Avg was 2% and non performers got 0-1%.
 
Whatever.... they must carry on... eventually they will have no employees left... Oh wait, that's what they want!
