SA website traffic increases 68%

Ironically this growth only happens when Blackberry's popularity starts to drop despite their unlimited internet.

I wouldn't call it "unlimited". It had very strict limitations on it (no streaming, VOIP etc etc) and ISPs even put limits on it.

And still the cell phone companies think we should be thankful for 500mb of data on a contract phone..

Android phones like the R450 Huawei and MTN Steppa (R500 or so), meant more South Africans can afford to go online. *Eagerly awaits another MyBB article about websites we visit most.

It is really strange to me how mybroadband can publish two consecutive articles called (1) South African broandband shocker & (2) Website traffic explosion. These two articles directly contradict ! Is the editors job to provide an oversight or just to republish articles from another source ?

Can you maybe explain how you feel the articles are contradictory?

The one speaks about SA's poor broadband speeds in comparison with global standards...the other is related to traffic to SA websites.

Hi RPM. The one article is so positive the other so negative. The trafic to to SA websites is way below were it should be, % is not the correct unit of measurement for increase in visits.
