SA:Zim must sort it's own problems

EU and US sanctions have not swayed Robert Mugabe, and he reacted to the Commonwealth's suspension of Zimbabwe's membership by withdrawing his country from the organisation.

Of course sanctions had no effect. Between us and china, he's had enough to keep going.

Unfortunately for Zim, if the ANC interferes then it means that the enlightened transformation from Rhodesia to Zimbabwe was just another failure. Thabo is trying desperately to project the idea of an Africa which is not a continent of failure, but rather is trying to right itself. The moment he admits failure he loses consistency.

Unfortunately the definition of genocide does not fit the situation in Zimbabwe - yet. Sadly, when genocide does occur, it is only uncovered many years later - often when the despot leaders are no longer in power.

Yeah What Ever He Is Going To Die Soon He Can Barly Walk And He Wont Take A Step Down What A Cock Black Bastard

He's worried about what the next person in power will do to him. Small wonder, either. Trying him for massive crimes against humanity would be appreciated.

Is there no way the UN can force SA to uphold peace in that country ?

I think the UN should just come out and force SA to deploy troops in Zimbabwe. Because old ROB looked after the ANC in the old days... The ANC is now just turning a blind eye and trying to play favours.

All the sanctions in the world haven't helped - its disturbing that other nations are only commenting and not doing something pro-active about this. Troop deployment would cause only more senseless bloodshed - and they've seen enough of that, but then again it seems like the only way. Bob is not one to sit down and have a chat with the UN or us or any western country. But what is going to be the last straw? If they push Bob into a corner - say perhaps the UN forces oil companies not to supply anymore and stop all froms of trading with Zim flatout - perhaps it'll have him shaking in his crotchless pants.
But then pushing him - he would only have him push back and inflict more pain on the citizens. If somehow the opposition is instated into power, I fear that the Zanu PF supporters would be in danger (though they have it coming to them) because the now opposition, if it does not control its people could see the converse of what is now taking place. Its gonna take big decisive choices from people in the international community - that thus far have shown no such attributes. Look what happened in Rwanda and Burundi, even now in Somalia.

Are we gonna leave it too late and then once again have national heads of state saying that these atrocities should not have happened and that they won't allow it again? The international communities always seem to step in to late. Rwanda and Burundi are examples of it.

How Thabo and his boys can just sit aside and watch this happening is sad.
After all that they had gone through to bring our country to a "democracy" and now just to stand and watch from the sidelines. Screw the debt that the ANC owe Bob - malice in plain sight can not be ignored and nor should it go unchallenged. Zim citizens that are in the minority don't need a Sharpville and Soweto uprising to free themselves - we've been through that and the presidents office should not idly stand by and wait for that nation to have uprisings and to commit more saints to a marble plaque. Freedom need not come at a cost of lives when we and other countries have already made those sacrifices. History need not be repeated. SA and others should step in and take measures to ensure that a violent, malicious and tiresome dictator be clamped down and made to pay for his crimes.

I see that Zim owes South Africa R2.8 BILLION in unpaid electricity bills. So that means that you and I are footing Baboon Bob's jacuzzi tab...
