I have an idea for a reality show, regarding the SABC's former board. Very survivor like, but to keep the reality aspect we'll skip the final episode and visit them in prison directly.

I lol'Ed . Are the same people (ANC or Whoever) who voted the previous board in the same people that are nominating the next one? if so they must fire themselves. and yeah the survivor like show sounds great.

Is there any point in the political parties spending all this time trying to find the right people for the job? With all due respect, has it not always been the ANC who makes the decision anyway regardless of alternate recommendations? Will it not once again be a similar fiasco?

Last night's Survivor botch-up goes a long way to illustrating why I do not watch SABC's progamming. But if anybody ever wants it work, then thee needs to be a change in the way in which the board is (s)elected.

Consider privatisation ... :erm: sorry Julius. Or even a semi-private model. But whatever you do, drop the the compulsory TV license we must pay for a service that it rapidly becoming grossly substandard.

Yeah watch out for the next season of House on SABC, they will take the video from Season 1 and dub it with new dialog and some african voices. That about sums up my current expectations of the SABC.
