Nobody here remember the DStv hosted channel called "SABC Encore"?

Did the same thing for years, eventually everyone got tired of it and it.... flopped. History repeating itself, SABC without new ideas, again.

This, in concept at least, sounds like they may or would be able to make more of their archives available for viewing versus what they did on SABC Encore..

They would have curated SABC Encore to maximise viewership, and so would have aired only the most popular stuff..

I didn't care for most of what they were airing on that channel, but there are less popular shows that I would want to watch again which they never aired on SABC Encore..

It was given to MultiChoice and then ended up on ShowMax. It was the only reason to get Showmax... The deal then got thrown out due to corruption allegations so the stuff got removed and the reason to get Showmax.

Pumpkin Patch ended before I started proper school. By the time I was fapping age, I used to get some stuff via 3.5floppy and CD-R/RW, at least once I had the internet unsupervised and downloaded my own stuff. Worse comes to worst there were the winamp skins
