SABC chair failed badly at Unisa

But after months of evasion and requests for postponements, Tshaba*lala’s lawyers slapped Parlia*ment with an 11th-hour interdict and will take the matter to court on November 3, arguing that the inquiry does not constitute a fair disciplinary process.

Damn lawyers

What constitute a fair disciplinary process?

Imagine the amount of money being wasted just because she is too unethical to ADMIT that
a) she has no qualifications
b) she lied - multiple times
c) she is not qualified for the position

Sheeesh! I wouldn't appoint somebody who applied multiple times but couldn't finish qualifications (indication to me that she doesn't have the willpower to finish anything??) or lie to me. Heck, busy recruiting right now and CVs immediately go to the rubbish bin if it doesn't meet the minimum degree qualifications.
