Do they even know what a loyalty program is? A loyalty program implies choice. This is like SARS implementing a loyalty program for paying your taxes. Like you actually have a choice in the matter.

Well you do have a choice, just don't pay for the TV License, its not like they can do anything to you.

I'd also happily pay normal retail for products (assuming this "rewards" system comes with some sort of retailer discounts) than fund the SABC in any way shape or form.
