SABC COO lied about qualifications, gets irregular salary boost

Last week it was "apartheid tests" used for "racial bias" that were blamed for indicating things are amiss at the SABC. Who/what will be blamed for this?
 
Once you have a president under suspicion for corruption, it's a simple game of 'follow my leader'. It would be funny if it wasn't the poor who get screwed each time.
