SABC funding remains a problem

The SABC is out of the woods after a two-year cash crisis, but a funding model for the public broadcaster deserves urgent attention from the government, acting group CEO Phil Molefe said on Wednesday

For a wee bit there I was hopeful they'll work towards shutting them down. It seemed the logical solution. The only good thing is that maybe SABC will be less of a burden on the taxpayer.

If they keep their hands out cooky jar, the SABC will go better as well. Why did the SABC do much better in the times of apartheid?
There was better management.
