As the political infighting between the SABC’s board and its executive management gets nastier, the broadcaster’s financial health has once again come under the spotlight.

The whole SABC model is outdated. We really don't need three channels. One national channel with major languages Xhosa, Zulu etc and several local channels with regional languages showing educational programs and propaganda should be more than enough. Leave entertainment to private FTA channels.
