Well, it would appear that they have a decent basic streaming platform. They get Chromecast ability back, and an Android TV app, and they good to go.
Then they must just put some up market content on the service, and they good to go.

By the look of things, the basic platform is good, needs Chromecast, and an Android TV app, some tweaks, add some up market content, and they have the potential to be a pretty decent free service.

Last I looked at the lable his use by date, was long gone, and the expiry date as well, so not sure why you want him on the news channel.

E.TV not made a deal to have their channels on the service?
Sure the BBC has a lot of content, they willing to help a Common Wealth public service broadcaster out with, they can use to pad the service with, as a value added service.
They actually have sabcplus.com and were hosting it there until now.
I sincerely hope they migrate back to it.

Recently started using it for some local sport. Glad to see positive progress on something government owned. Now if they could just turn a profit.
