They got misinformation from him, he mixed up his personal account and the SABC account, it was him making a sweet mint and him with the billion or so in his account before he was tossed out

The policies are a mint for artists and producers because of increased royalty payments from the sabc which helps bankrupt the sabc without bringing in revenue because people don't like the local content.
