Just a heads up - SA Computer Magazine has done a write up on Sentech Mywireless (head off to the online link http://www.sacm.co.za/FeatureTitle.asp?NewsID=8068). I have it in hard copy as well (I see the site asks for a userid / pw at some stage). The editor covered freedom of speech in his column - specifically due to Sentech - and ends off the editor's note with '...if you have unhappy customers, perhaps you only have yourselves to blame'.

I actually found the article quite interesting and a bit different from the 'look how wonderful Sentech is for fixing stuff' type of articles that float around - they looked at it from a legal point of view, is unhappy with Sentech's mannerism of pointing journalists at press releases rather than answering questions. Also the article ends off with a paragraph that is worth repeating -

"Wireless internet connections used to be all about compromise," says Smith: "Compromise in performance, speed and costs". It would seem that, for the time being, they still are.
