I took over an SLA for IT services from a company that used SAdomains for their client's DNS. I can tell you, their DNS goes offline a lot and this is critical especially when the user is running Office 365.
It has been offline about 4 times in the last 5 months and when you log an e-mail ticket there is no reply and when you call it is just like "nothing wrong here".
Luckily I'm in the process to move away from SAdomain for this client, cannot deal with this issues when you're suppose to have 0 down time on DNS or at least have failover.
