update safari to 5.0.1

I'm now finally a safari convert, proper extensions, adblock works really well. Safari on OSX is so fast compared to firefox(was using the beta FF4).

I only have 5.0 installed and extensions are working well. (I am updating it to 5.0.1 though as I type this.)

Yes, in 5.0 it's hidden in the developer menu, and in 5.0.1 it's out in the open. Also 5.0.1 fixes a lot of speed issues apparently.
