SAHRC has lost the plot....

Also - my last tirade on SAHRC licking certain brown starfish holes clean - I do not understand how Section 16:2(c) wasn't used to ensure this is classified as hate speech? I guess it could be that (or) little beauty that some legal beagle inserted into the constitution.

The SAHRC have 2 agendas... for certain people they go out of their way to FIND hate speech/racism... for others they will go out of their way to find a way to not classify it as hate speech/racism.

If you understand that agenda, and the groupings which it applies to then you can easily see how to approach the SAHRC, if you feel it will get an outcome.

It's based on verifiable facts anybody can check up and corfirm or deny. Thing is the truth is not populsr and nobody would publish it.

To be fair it's not only this country. This kind of postmodernist/intersectional liberalism has gained power throughout the west as well.

This isn't liberalism gone wild. Its black nationalism going wild. The majority are slowly making it legal to repress, target and marginalise the minority.
 
The upside is that I think it makes challenging the validity of SAHRC in the Constitutional Court easier, which is what is unfortunately required prior to it being ruled unconstitutional.
 
I suspect that the SAHRC is staffed and run by the same calibre of folks as at the SABC and Eskom.

yes, its just using momentum from this particular flavor of liberal extremism.

Why are we even calling it liberalism though... we have seen this before though its "one group of individuals has more rights then another because of history and because they are bad"
