SAINET Connection Problems

I seem to have a strange problem. I have a SAINET account and a WebAfrica prepaid account. I still have bandwidth left on my SAINET account but I cannot connect to my SAINET account, but when I punch in my WebAfrica details it all works fine... Surely I dont need to change any setting besides username and password to connect to different ISP's?

My sainet account is working fine, but the username and pass is all you should have to put it. Has it stopped working ranomly in this month or is it the first time you're using it?

In any case just give them a call.

Sainet had a problem last week, where some techie apparently stuffed up the password DB. The helpdesk guy fixed ours in seconds though. I also reckon you should call them.
