I heard there is a peering link that is over congested between Saix and Verison. They say it might take all week to upgrade the line but traffic should be better in the evenings.

Ya me to in DBN, my 512kb ping international is like 80 ms more than brothers who has a 386kb line. Dont telkom know the difference between the speeds or are they just playing silly buggers?

Mine was fine earlier on, now around 400-500kbps..nice..:/ Paying for 4mb line, got 4mb speeds the week I signed up and then a week later..(17 May) all went down hill. I hate Telkom.

Yea completely fecked...

Its like it waits 3 minutes then downloads everything, and does this over and over... Just opened about 8 international sites, didnt open just waited and now Ive all downloaded after 3 minutes...
