Telkom's policy of not spending on infrastruture once again cripples web access.
These are some of the faults in the last few days.
Of concern are:
1. the incidents where the problem just disappears - this seems to happen quite often.
2. the spares holding. One would expect that swap out units are held on site for instant switch over, or am I being too harsh?
3. the affect of the transparent cache.
