Springs seem fine, What site can I test. Not sure what is cached! Microsoft.com is fine?

if its not raining for IS in rosebank, then its a cable problem for SAIX. this rosebank situation seems to be getting out of hand now and im beginning to think that rosebank is being used as a scapegoat for their real incompetencies

It would appear that we are connected to the rest of the world by a single strand of wire.

Kensington, Johannesburg - still dead as a Dodo!

Skype and MSN Messenger works fine.

I cannot access Google, yet I can access certain websites in New Zealand, e.g. http://www.scoop.co.nz/ (not sure where it is hosted, though)

WTF??

blackout

funny this comes at a time when I am supposed to be paying my ADSL bill. The fact that we have such enormous black outs, is rediculous. Telkom and Eskom are like. Neither can provide reliable services. As a consequence, our country is left in the dark and our economy suffers.

Bloem int is still down. Eish!

Its been down 16 hours and you would think that Telkom could rectify the prob, but im being overconfident again. The prob with Telkom is they overpromise and under deliver, one should always under promise and over deliver. At least that will cover up their incompatence, I think. ;)

dont want to sound like a isp helpdesk d**s but my international was down this morning, local worked okay, then reset modem, and voila...

try resetting your adsl router?
