SAIX Local Only Diginet Connection

Hi Everyone

I have a client interested in getting a 128k Diginet line into SAIX. How would I go about getting this service. Who do we call to order it.

I did call Telkom and they said someone will call me back but to no avail. I need to speak to the correct people and follow the correct procedure to ensure the line gets installed asap.

Are there other ISP's (Other than Internet Solutions) that can provide my client with 1 public IP and 128k Diginet local only access?

I spoke to someone at Internet Solutions too who would have "Sent me through a quote..." but it seems Internet Solutions isn't interested in such small connections or something.

Your help in this regard is much appreciated.

if I may ask why do they want Diginet. I have the 128k diginet at our offices and it is so dam slow it is crazy. rather use the slowest adsl 384k and get a contract with internet solutions with a uncapped 5 ip solution it is cheaper and does the same work as a 128k palenie diginet line just 3 times faster

Its for a VOIP only connection. I need the reliability and guaranteed repair time etc. ADSL in this country is a best effort solution and not ideal for carrying VOIP traffic.
