What sort of speed should a good server farm be providing

Maybe this serverfarm has a high bandwidth, but the speedtest-result shows that the available bandwidth is on its limit.

Its for a media server which will be online soon.

Clients handling own hosting at telkom, have some deals.

Probably put on lowest priority, and increase bw as more users use the service.
