I am trying to download something of the saix news server but its crawling at 3kbs. I'm on do2 380 line line what is happening

bro just wait till after hours, its prob un-cached... then it will go back to full line speed...

+1, cached stuff (for example lost.s06e16) will come down at full speed now, and uncached speeds pick up at 18:05
