Here is mine;

Olive oil mayo. In a blender 1 egg, half a teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon good dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend until a paste and then slowly drizzle three quarter cup of olive oil in until it emulsifies. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.

Sounds YUM!! How much vinegar approximately? A cup / table spoon? What consistency must it be?

All part of a balanced diet, I presume. This sort of salad diet is kinda like going to a prostitute for a hug...

Well, you not going to drench the salad with it. Only drizzle lightly, and the dressing will last a long time in the fridge.

I'm just laughing at the irony of having a salad drenched in condensed milk...:D

Depends on your reasons for eating salad I suppose, if for diet purposes then Fail but if you a vegetarian and skinny, then heck yeh, drench it in condensed milk.

Not one for me though, balsamic vinegar is my standard dressing.

I make a batch and stick in fridge in a plastic bpa free shake container to emulsify as needed as I go through more greens than Daisy the Cow.
In no particular order- Greek or Spanish oil (must say product of Spain or Greece )
Sarsons UK Malt Vinegar
Best foods Dijon mustard a good dollop and more
Raw untreated Honey depending how sweet you want. no less than a teaspoon or a tablespoon at most.
Ground fresh black pepper.
Emulsify and adjust to taste.
