sales call centre?

So im trying to get hold of the sales department, due to our local shop doesnt work with a deal i want. I phone the sales department countless of times this past two weeks. With no results, i have also made use of the call me back service thats online.submitted about every 2nd to 3rd day, also with no result.

so my question is, how long must i wait to get help, or to what ends do i have to go to get help from the sales department?

When you say you call them with no results, is because the call is not answered or they can't process your request?
 
No answer, or they dont know what im talking about
 
Yes i did phone them.

I want to migrate from my current 10+10gig to that 50gig for R699.

They finally phoned me and said i cant migrate to that deal, because its for new contracts only, if an exsisting customer wants to transfer to the 50gig deal then they have to take the one in the brocure which is R1199.

I find that it is really unfair.

Well then, do you have a contract on the 10+10gig? I have but its R199 and well worth the price because full speed downloads.

If you really want to have it you will have to go into a new 50gig for R699 and wait for the 10GB on to expire...
 
Hogwash speak to a manager at their call centre who is more clued up on the deals.

The same thing happen with another company none of their consultants knew about the deal. I had to fire up twitter, and finally the manager was able to assist me of the call centre, was the only one who was able to do it.

If they junior staff they too afraid of loosing their jobs. Rather speak to a senior member of staff..

I do have the 10+10. but i want the 50gig. i cant wait untill my current contract expires due to that 50gig deal is just for this month. And im not going to cancel my contract due to the extra fee's i need to pay.

I just think that its really unfair to offer the same product but at two different prices, and the loyal customers gets the worst end of the deal
 
I contacted them today, only took 5 minutes for them to pick up the phone very impressed how clued up the consultant is with all the products. She even caught me off guard. Officially signed up for a package
