Perhaps check with eitai - but then again, his got a contract with his couriers for discounted rates I suppose.
But I'm sure he could give you a guideline to what the cost of shipping would be on the monitor or at least recommend a courier.

If collected at your premises on the day (say Monday) then will ussually be there Tuesday, but sometimes (courier dependant - and time collected) can be another day (Wednesday).
