Price @ cost =

Sahara

2232GW MSL SAMSUNG 22" WIDE TFT LCD,
2 ms response time, 0.282mm 1680 x 1050 280 cd/m²,Analog RGB, DVI Digital Link: TMDS, 15 pin D-Sub DVI-D. Blk.

Edited - as PMP - is charging a fair price - dont want to ruin his business.

Sahara only stocks :

2232GW MSL SAMSUNG 22" WIDE TFT LCD,
2 ms response time, 0.282mm 1680 x 1050 280 cd/m²,Analog RGB, DVI Digital Link: TMDS, 15 pin D-Sub DVI-D. Blk.

In the 22" range atm - dont have other lists with me at this point in time, but seeing as this isnt the model in question I will reveal the price this goes for R1999.00 excl VAT - so PMP's price on the better model is really decent.

Can someone give me a quick rundown of the differences.

Thanks and Regards,
J

Higher contrast ratio, depending on your style I think it looks better and 1:1 pixel mapping, its meant to be the official replacement for the 226bw and those specs for 2253 posted were a lil wrong, contrast ratio is 10 000:1 dynamic but still 1000:1 i suppose

Thanks postman. In your opinion, which one looks better? 2232 or 2253? Not the display panel the exterior frame??

Just got one of these (2253GW) at Incredible for R2999.99 . What an awesome screen! My secondary 19" Aopen LCD pales in comparison it's scary. You don't realise how big it is until you put it where your old screen was ;).

And dunno if IC is expensive or not, i had one look at Take2 for the same screen and it was R3100 , so i made a beeline straight for IC.

I love my 2253GW :) :) :) :) :) :)
I definitely prefer it over the 2232, the 2232 is really old now anyways...
