Phone is stuck in download mode. I need the original Rom.
I tried Sammobile was a waste of time.
Going to use Odin to flash it.
It has to be the latest ROM.
I've searched goofoo but do much rubbish out there.
Any links to roms would be appreciated.

Unfortunately both sammobile.com and odinroms.com limit their download speed to a couple of kb/s unless you subscribe to their download service.

Odinroms.com always used to be faster than sammobile.com, but I haven't downloaded an official Samsung ROM since I got rid of my S6 a few years ago.

Flash it with LineageOS, Samsung ROM on those old phones are kuk slow.

Thanks guys. Got it out of download mode by loading a pit file. All working again.
I'll attempt rooting again.

Check the bloody USB cable. It was causing all the troubles. Changed it and rooting as well as recovery worked in 2 min. Aaaaaaaargh.
