I dropped and broke my phone, thought I was ok but apparently I needed to register with "ADH".... whiiiich I have never heard of, Anyone else been caught by this?

What is the process for getting phone repaired, drop straight with samsung or drop into cellc store?

Yip, I was told by the sales consultant that I needed to install the ADH application so I did it before even leaving the store.

Sorry didn't respond to your message. Don't have ADH registered (As per Samsung) couldnt check on phone as the screen is completely gone.

If you got a Samsung with adh premium just phone the call centre because you should still be covered.

Try old school SMS and see what happens get the IMEI number

Never registered for ADH, never knew about it

Errr sems OP has no display at all, so any procedures requiring using the phone itself might not really be of help atm

My screen broke a few months ago, never registered for ADH before it actually broke. Registered then for ADH and my phone was fixed.

Contact [email protected] - she is the lady who helped me getting up and running with ADH.

Find your proof of contract/purchase too, otherwise they can't help you. And your phone must be 24 months or younger.

any phone doesn't have to be the s5 - i'm sure you using another phone in the mean time?

+1 Sending the sms from any phone should work. Just remember that the number you smsed from will be registered.

You can have your phone booked in our one of our Cell C stores for assessment and they will advise accordingly.
