Samsung boot loop

So my mothers s4 mini I 9190 was bootlooped, so I downloaded the firmware from sammobile and loaded and the phone worked fine for a few weeks then got bootlooped again, so I loaded the firmware once again, now it happened again, and now after I put the firmware it doesn’t come out of the bootloop, I have no idea what else to do now please help

So it’s came on eventually but it isn’t decteting the SIM card

Either your mother or the S4 must be retired from cellphone use.

Get her a new one.

The hardware is probably failing. Does it boot loop with no sim card & SD card inserted?
